Our main areas of support are around Domain and Network management, Mac and Windows desktop support and 365 systems management, along with all the usual Microsoft Office Software, network storage, networking and general IT systems.
If you're looking to join us and think you may have the required experience to strengthen our team, we'd love to hear from you.

The job involves supporting our customers from our office base via remote desktop or telephone support and site visits where required and so a vehicle and a driving license is essential.
We are not looking for Senior Engineers as we already have this covered, but we offer the opportunity for competent engineers to develop their skills in a very changeable industry.
The successful candidate will respond to customer support tickets and internal work orders, assistance will initially be given to develop your skills to enable you to handle these duties with a view to you becoming self-sufficient in more independent duties. A background in helpdesk/customer services would be an advantage but an excellent telephone manner and ability to take on new technology is essential.
We are on the lookout for a confident, self-driven and hands-on technician who loves technology, learning new things and is proactive in suggesting on-going improvements to our infrastructure and ways of working. In particular, we are looking for someone who is very keen to learn and develop their knowledge.
Work includes supporting our customers on:
