How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome ..
Your main role will be to support the smooth operations of the network build and support teams in building Zzoomm's fantastic full fibre network. The role will provide administrative support with the council permitting and notices, scheduling of teams and equipment, supporting financial and project reporting and other admin elements to make sure that our build and fibre teams can keep on deploying to towns across the whole of the South East region of the UK.
Reporting into the Delivery Manager you will have full, autonomous control of managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, including noticing, team and resource planning, some scheduling and progress reporting, as well as other operational administrative tasks that you are able to support with, helping the whole team deliver results in line with our broader Zzoomm business strategy.

Who will guide me ..?
The role reports into our Network Delivery Manager in South East region.
A day in the life of Project Administrator ..
* Council traffic management meetings to ensure that the correct notices have been logged onto the system and activated:
* Permissions for road closures
* Street works
* Traffic management
* Take minutes and submit these for approval from the council and internal attendees.
* Provide an update on the status of each team, and how long they will need to remain on each street to get the job done.
* Negotiate early starts, late closures where things don't go quite to plan.
* Delivery update meeting to:
* Update on progress versus plan
* Escalate any issues or risks that are identified from the above activities.
* Communication of status, progress and issues to all stakeholders.
* Perform checks and run reports in our workflow management tool 'WHAM' to ensure that the project and reporting is accurate.
* Respond to a local customer issue regarding some question on our build project or wayleaves process.
Experience You'll Need ..
* To be organised and accurate in all aspects of work and have exceptional administration, communication skills and attention to detail.
* To be responsible for all administrative tasks and be extremely proficient in MS Excel, as well as become a 'super-user' in our core internal bespoke systems.
* To work both independently as part of a small, agile and diverse team.
* Synthesize plans and data to extract information to ensure that the right permits / notices are submitted into the council that accurately covers our permissions to build in the area.
* Know when to escalate any issues, risks or decisions to your line manager.
* Manage your tasks and activities to meet the demands of the changing priorities and needs of a large and complex project.
* Manage the day-to-day communications with key stakeholders such as the council, marketing teams and customers.
* Providing daily updates on progress and planning information and data into our key management systems and reporting processes.
* Ad hoc support into other team members when they need help
