Temporary HR Administrator - Part Time - Milton Keynes
We're recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on a part-time/temporary basis from September to Christmas.
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - can be during school hours.
Working with our client based in Milton Keynes, or occasionally from home (after training), if desired, you will be able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and some experience within HR or a similar role.
You will have gained your administrative experience in a role where you can show a track record of taking responsibility to find the right solution. You should be a real team player with a diplomatic, calm, positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills. You should also be able to communicate on all levels, with the ability to build strong relationships within the Company.
Supporting a busy HR department, you will completing contracts and setting up new starters. You will also be competent with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. You will have a flexible approach to your day, with the ability to respond to different challenges in a positive way, which will include being confident with managing calls to the office via telephone and in-person and demonstrating a 'can do' attitude.
