We are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on behalf of our client who are one of the global leaders in the Audiology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to be part of an expanding and hardworking team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the team to deliver a high quality of service to clients. You will be responsible for logging, fulfilling, and processing goods and packaging them for shipment and dispatch, liaising with the Customer Service and Technical Support team for any order queries. This is initially a temporary position of up to 12 months, with great potential of becoming a permanent role for the right person! Our client is offering a competitive salary, annual bonus, 5% matched pension, 24 days annual leave (pro-rata) and 'Perkbox' employee benefits for the successful candidate.

Role:

The purpose of this role is to support the operations function in ensuring goods are receipted, warehouse goods are managed in a controlled way and provide excellent customer service with correct picking, packing, and dispatching of orders to assist the company in reaching its financial targets. You will be responsible for logging, fulfilling, and processing goods, and packaging them for shipment and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating sales orders on the system and identifying the correct order process route
Checking all system information is entered correctly.
Liaising with the Customer Service/Technical Support team for any order queries
Booking Courier collections
Checking finished goods against sales orders
Packaging stock for customer orders
Entering data onto supplier web portals for collection where needed
Managing stock locally
Picking stock from the Warehouse to fulfil orders.
Completing hearing aid programming
Processing returns
Providing hearing aid service repair diagnostic
Receiving orders from the Regional Operation Centre and European Distribution Centre based in Poland.
Any other duties compatible with the requirements of the post subject to the direction of the Management.

Required skills

Previous work experience in a warehouse environment essential
Experience in receiving/shipping, supply chain operation and Picking and Packing essential
Self-motivated and self quality managed
Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
Strong IT literacy skills: AX Dynamics, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills with all internal and external customers
