Deputy Home Manager
We are looking for an experienced Health Care professional for a small home in the Peterhead area, which provides a homely, comfortable and safe environment for adults who have enduring mental health issues. The home enjoys good grades and is well integrated in to the local community
We are looking for someone with good mental health experience, who is able to bring their enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for delivery of excellent person centered care to the residents, and who can support the manager in the delivery of this service by managing the staff team and ensuring they have the relevant skills necessary, auditing care plans and medication, and ensuring that the home runs smoothly
You will need to
* Be Registered with SSSC
* Be Qualified to SVQ Level 4 (or Level 3, working towards Level 4) in a relevant subject
* Have an excellent understanding of mental health condidtions
* Used to managing a staff team
* Deliver and facilitate great quality person centred care
* Able to manage the home in the absence of the manager
* Take a share of on call
