About the Role

The purpose of this role is to gain formal recognition of the CIOB’s status as an End Point Assessment organisation. You will develop a degree apprenticeship programme, including a stringent End Point Assessment process, and detail and understand Knowledge Skills Behaviours and Standards associated with construction site management, design and construction manager, and construction quantity surveyor degree apprenticeships delivered in England.

The Apprenticeship Manager will develop a bank of Assessors through training and quality management and manage an effective schedule for each End Point Assessment exercise. You will maintain an active database of education organisations, education partners and relevant 3rd party organisations in England delivering Degree Apprenticeships and pro-actively engage them and support their enrolling of learners to CIOB End Point Assessment Pathway.

About You

Our Apprenticeship Manager will have proven experience of the plan, design and delivery of Degree Apprenticeship End Point Assessments processes and have previously worked with learners to achieved learner goals and qualifications. You’ll be educated to Degree level and have proven project management experience to include developing and implementing new programmes and initiatives. With knowledge of Apprenticeships in England, you will understand and devise assessment criteria and have experience of writing and developing learning and/or training materials. We’d also like you to have experience of working with education establishments and related organisations and be competent with IT products, Visual Learning Environments and cloud interfaces.

A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
