Our client is an established and reputable Norwich business who require an experienced IT Support Technician to join the rapidly expanding business and have an instrumental role in developing the IT services the business can offer customers.
The IT Technician will provide direct IT support to a wide range of clients including the NHS, local authorities and a variety of businesses. The IT Technician will be involved in the decision making for products, the design and implementation of IT networks for customers and the ongoing development of services.
It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician who has worked in an MSP environment to build their career within an established & successful business.
Personal specifications and qualifications:
* Proven experience in IT support
* Microsoft Accreditation
* CompTIA Accreditation
* Windows Server
* Windows 10, Office 365
* Azure
* Active Directory
* VMWare
* Hyper V
* SQL
* Networking Experience
* DBS Security Certification would be advantageous for Educational work
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience.
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
