Low Risk Fessman Operative

You will report to the Factory Shift Manager and the shift pattern will be based on a monthly rotation working days and nights working the following:
3 weeks working 3 x 12 hours, 1 week working 4 x 12 hours (rotating days and nights 05:00-17:00/17:00-05:00)

With this shift pattern, you will only work 169 shifts per year, an average of 14 days per month.

About the role

In your role as Fessman Operative, you will be responsible for the blending of raw materials with authentic spices to infuse our products. You will also be required to weigh ingredients accurately to transfer to our ovens. In this key role, you will be required to select cooking programmes as per cooking specifications along with operating and blending equipment whilst completing documentation.  

High Care Fessman Operative

About the role

In your role as Fessman Operative, you will be responsible for removing cooked products from ovens and checking for quality and conduct temperature checks to ensure that food safety is met. You will be required to transfer the products to the chilling system. You will also be required to collect cooked product and blending in our High Care department as per specification and conducting quality checks along with completing documentation.
