Operative

You will report to the Factory Shift Manager and the shift pattern will be based on night shift working the following:

Sunday - Thursday, 11:30pm - 7:00am, Thursday 11:30pm - 7:15am or

Monday - Friday, 11:30pm - 7:00am, Thursday 11:30pm - 7:15am

About the Role

In your role as Operative, you will be responsible for general assembly line work such as weighing, depositing by hand and inspecting ensuring our products matches the visual standards to the correct specification. You will also be required to undertake tasks to achieve the daily plan requested by the Factory Shift Manager. You will be working as part of a team of people manufacturing products on a line and ensuring customer satisfaction raising any issues to the Senior Operative / Factory Shift Manager where necessary.

Hygiene Operative – Night shift

You will report to the Factory Shift Manager and the shift pattern will be based on night shift working the following:

Sunday - Thursday, 11:30pm - 7:00am, Thursday 11:30pm - 7:15am or

Monday - Friday, 11:30pm - 7:00am, Thursday 11:30pm - 7:15am

About the Role

In your role as Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that the area/line is deep cleaned and maintained to the agreed factory standards. You will effectively carry out the day to day operations including, cleaning of building fabric such as walls and floors, cleaning and reassembly of production equipment, tray wash and washroom facilities. You will be responsible for carrying out hygiene operations in a consistent way to ensure that physical, bacterial and chemical contamination of food does not occur. 

About you
