Now, we’re seeking a Production Supervisor to join our talented team on a full-time, permanent contract.

The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production workflow at our print and sublimation facilities.

In this varied role, you will ensure operations are carried out effectively and efficiently whilst maintaining good Health and Safety standards.

Setting performance and deadline goals, you will help guide employees, providing constructive feedback and coaching and resolving any problems and complaints. You will induct new employees on H&S and operational tasks and act as the link between upper management and the rest of the team.

About You

To join us as a Production Supervisor, you will need:

- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role

- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines

- The ability to learn a variety of job descriptions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Outstanding organisational and leadership skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office

Print knowledge would be beneficial to your application but is not essential.
