Training Coordinator
Pertemps have an exciting short term opportunity for a Coordinator to join a large and highly reputable organisation located in Saltash.
As the Coordinator you will be supporting the service of a variety of clients, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers to schedule learning events and for managing the administration and logistics to make sure it runs successfully, and that all associated information is captured accurately to enable both client reporting and a positive experience for learners.
You will also be a first point of contact for learners, trainers, suppliers and clients, handling their queries effectively, taking ownership for your own workload to ensure accurate and timely information is given to clients and trainers.
This role will be starting as soon as possible for approximately 2 months to start with. This could be extended due to workload.
Flexi working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
GBP19,500
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday
The successful candidate will be confident with delivering excellent Customer Service and have a background as an Administrator/Coordinator.
