Part Time Accounts Assistant - (22 Hours Per Week)

up to GBP33,000 - DOE - Pro Rata
A respected Shopfitting contractor based in Southampton is searching for a part time Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Due to an increase in trade and an extensive pipeline of work my client is seeking to recruit a bright, keen and detail focussed individual to join the Accounts Team as an Accounts Clerk (ACC).
Reporting to the Groups Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will be competent at invoice and records management of all the Groups subsidiary companies through the Sage 50 system. Ideally, the candidate will also be CIS experienced and able to undertake payroll tasks.
The duties of the ACC also include general administration in support of the Accounts Manager and other directors. You must be able to demonstrate sound English language and numeracy skills and be fully IT literate (conversant in the use of MS Word and MS Excel in particular) and understand how to present accounts in a concise and readable format.
The role is for up to 22 hours per week (including 30-minute unpaid lunch breaks on each day worked).
