London Borough of Bromley are looking for a children's Senior Practitioner to join their Court Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.
The ideal Senior Practitioner will have extensive knowledge and experience in a court role. The key to success in this role is being able to work with a small number of children and families where there are court proceedings required or underway with a strong emphasis on achieving timely outcomes which ensure secure, stable futures for Bromley's children.

Central offices in the heart of BromleyYour responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:
Maintain high standards of professional practice within their own workload and to promote and enhance such practice within the team and division.
Senior Practitioners may be responsible for supervision of some staff accommodation or care proceedings
Work with other agencies and professionals to ensure minimal court time is spent for the families and the best possible outcome is reached.Requirements of you as a Senior Practitioner:
A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
A valid Social Work England registration
4 year's post qualifying experience
Have competent knowledge and experience of children's court work
Location: Bromley
Pay rate: GBP40p/h
