Role Responsibility

As Reach continues to transform its business in the UK and Ireland we are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to take our revenue forward with particular focus on digital growth. You will:

  • Create new brand partnerships by focussing on working with agencies and brand marketers
  • Participate actively in client meetings, presentations and communications
  • Work closely with other team members to develop and create innovative, multi-platform proposals for clients and brands
  • Actively pursue briefs and campaigns
  • Fully understand client briefs & requirements with the ability to create campaign-winning proposals
  • Be available for regular meetings, networking and events
  • Have a full understanding of clients' needs and business objectives
  • Prioritise and manage client's expectations
  • Campaign monitoring, evaluation and feedback on all advertising campaigns
  • Market research - keep abreast of industry offerings and feedback from the market
  • Ability to plan and forecast accurately on a short, mid and long term basis
  • Deliver and exceed all revenue targets


The ideal candidate

  • Degree in advertising, marketing. communications (or alternative relevant degree)
  • Extensive experience within the media industry including existing contacts within Belfast, Dublin, London and national agencies
  • Strong understanding of digital products and NI digital landscape
  • Extensive experience dealing with direct brands and clients
  • Experience in creating bespoke and innovative packages across a full portfolio of products and opportunities (content, digital, publishing, competitions, sponsorships etc)
  • Strong presentational, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and forecast accurately on a long and short term basis
  • Creative and proactive
