Fixed Term Contract - 11 Months
Salary: £19,312 – £19,698 (Grade 3)
Hours: Full Time - 37 Hours per week (Flexi Time)
Work Pattern: Mon – Fri
Location: ‘Lifewise’ Centre (Hellaby) & occasionally Headquarters (Sheffield)

An opportunity has arisen within our Prevention and Protection section for a Partnership Administrator, based at Lifewise and some commitment to work out of Headquarters.

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide administration support to the partnership team.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of carrying out administration roles and duties.

You must possess working knowledge of MS Office Applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, office work experience, good timekeeping, effective communication skills and be able to work to deadlines.

The key duties will include inputting onto databases, minute taking of partnership meetings, processing and recording all partnership forms.  General administration including photocopying and filing.  To support and assist CSD hotline team with the partnership referrals and other administration duties including taking telephone calls.
