Phast Media is a specialist media agency working in the private healthcare market. Launched in 2016 the business provides a range of marketing services for doctors, clinics and hospitals in the UK.
The Role
Phast Media has launched a new service for the doctors and consultants. We are looking for a proactive sales person to sell media space and market access to a broad spectrum of luxury goods and service providers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with an exciting new platform that is experiencing rapid growth and has bold plans for the future.
Package includes a retainer and an extremely generous, uncapped and transparent commission structure.
Although a freelance role to begin with, there will be opportunities for more senior salaried roles in the future as the business grows. We want you to come on the journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new prospective clients, many targets already identified.
- Take ownership of sectors and develop the business.
- Communicate well with senior decision makers.
- Primarily a telephone-based role but some face to face meetings would be likely.
- Generate meetings with decision makers over the phone or face to face.
- You will be responsible for managing your own diary and your own time.
- You will be expected to update a CRM with activity.

Experience:
- Min 2 years sales experience.
- Preferred experience in media sales.
- Knowledge/contacts in membership clubs, luxury goods, leisure or travel a distinct advantage.
- Must be an excellent communicator.
- Ability to deal with decision makers at all levels.
- Ambition to grow with the business.
- Highly self-motivated.
