We are currently partnering with a mid-size housebuilder in their search for a Senior Site Manager. They have been through a period of growth and are looking to grow further, making this a great time to join the business. About the Senior Site Manager role:
Managing the day to day running of a single project ensuring all key deadlines are achieved.
Management of construction programmes including providing regular updates to the business.
Manage, control and adherence of all Health & Safety matters.
Establish good relationships with client's and all key stakeholders.
About You:
Experience of working within the house building industry.
Confident and experienced as number one on site.
Will have proven experience and ability to work effectively with both internal departments and external clients.
Experience in a similar role working with contracts or sub-contracting of a value up to GBP1m.
