A great opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a successful Accountancy practice in Scunthorpe.
The company are looking for someone who is confident in their ability and a strong communicator both face to face and over the phone.
The company are offering an enjoyable and stable working environment, competitive salary, working hours Mon - Fri 8:30 - 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch, 28 days holiday inc stats.
THE ROLE:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Taking payments from clients
*Answering the telephone and assisting with queries and passing messages to relevant contacts
*Data input and keep data base up to date
*Booking appointments
*Filing
THE CANDIDATE:
*Must have previous administration and/ or receptionist experience
*Good IT user
*Strong communicator both face to face and over the phone
*Positive worth ethic
*Reliable and a team player
