Limelight is our unique £20 million extra-care home within a thriving community hub. It’s a ground-breaking development that designed to help residents and the community start well, live well and age well. Limelight offers 81 Extra Care apartments for those aged 55 and over and offers peace of mind of specialist care and support on-hand.

We are now looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chef to prepare meals for our café, conference and celebratory events, and the onsite nursery. You will assign work in the kitchen, interview and train staff, take responsibility for kitchen inventory management and partner with the Operations Manager to come up with the delectable new dishes for our menus.

We’d like you to be positive and pro-active, responsive to community needs and with a keen eye on delivering value for money offer. You’ll have experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant and be dedicated to food quality and control. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will be comfortable working at pace and have previous supervisory experience to include managing and developing staff.
