Support Technician - Guildford - 20 - 30K
I'm recruiting for a Support Technician to join one of my clients, an established software company in Guilford, on a permanent basis. Joining a close-knit IT department, your responsibilities will include supporting internal IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to end-users and customers of the business.
Other responsibilities will include installing, supporting and training customers in their products.
Experience working in a Hands on technical role would be beneficial, as well as exposure in a customer-facing role and the ability to work within a team.
Skills/Experience required:
Technical knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Hardware installations and troubleshooting
Software installations and troubleshooting
SQL knowledge
This position will be based from my client's office in the Guildford area. Full training will be given on their products/applications and you will receive in-house mentoring from senior members of the team.
