Due to continued success and increased workload our client is looking for an experienced candidate to join their team as a Customer Service / Admin Assistant. Our client is looking for a proactive individual who is very process driven and an excellent communicator as you will be dealing with customers on a regular basis. This role will be working 25 hours per week.

Duties:
• Answering calls and emails from customers
• Customer complaints - resolve and record on system
• Register new customers into the system
• Order processing and financial checks
• Credit Control
• Creating statements and invoices
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• General computer literacy - Microsoft Office
• Customer Service / Administration background
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Customer orientated
