This role will be responsible for role modelling learning within our organisation, with a passion for working collaboratively. As a great relationship builder and administrator– you will help to inspire our learning culture.
You’ll provide experience in the administration of all learning activities across Mind through a Learning Management System, this may include uploading events or sourcing and uploading course content, tracking data, measuring feedback on a quarterly basis, highlighting areas of development needs, whilst providing a customer service to all staff/teams.
This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to gain extensive experience in the administration of all L&D tasks, supporting the L&D team with various current projects, collation of data from learning needs analysis and the opportunity to get more involved across the organisation to grow and develop your skills and knowledge in areas that you are passionate to learn more about. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide a customer focused service to all internal and external partners.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home. Post lockdown this role will retain some flexibility, but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team).
