Job Title: Internal Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: Up to GBP23,000 per annum
Location: South Yorkshire/Sheffield
Contract: Fixed-term/ Full time contract
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer, working within our fast-paced HR team here at The Growth Company.

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in Internal Recruitment and ideally experience in Education Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive sourcing and screening candidates.
- Head hunting talent via CV sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Arranging and conducting telephone interviews.
- Liaising with Managers and key stakeholders.
- Generating referrals and recommendations for our candidate pipeline.
- Building our online presence through social media.
- Inputting data and candidate information onto an in-house ATS system and updating a selection of Excel documents to track MI.
- Completing MI on a regular basis, sharing this with key stakeholders.
- Researching and attending jobs fairs.
- Building a great relationship with the local job centres and universities.
About You:
- Confident, ambitious hard workers with a strong commercial awareness with the drive and desire to develop and progress.
- You should be competitive and driven to meet company targets and personal development objectives.
- Highly organised and excellent time management.
- Effective team-worker.
Experience required:
- You must have experience working within an Internal Recruitment team or a Recruitment Agency.
- Previous recruitment experience in an Education Agency or working within the Education Sector is desired however not essential.
- You must have experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge and use of IT systems e.g. Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Systems.
