Job Title: HR Advisor

Based: Nottingham

Salary: Negotiable

Definition of role: To work very closely with the Head of HR on a business transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generalist support to the project which will involve a lot of need analysis and strategic business meetings
• Providing administrative support for the project

Requirements:

• CIPD qualified
• Generalist HR experience
• Highly skilled communicator
• Able to form and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Organised with excellent time management skills and be able to demonstrate a passion for continuous professional development.
