Starting salary GBP41,717 per annum

37 Hours per week

Fixed term contract to 31 March 2022

The BEIS Project Co-Ordinator will work with the Hub Management Team to manage, develop and drive a high-quality, client-led service across the BEIS Project Team to meet and exceed agreed performance targets.

Elements of the role will include:

- Using smart tools (such as the Beauhurst database) to develop an outbound and targeted client contact strategy

- Seeking operational efficiencies and innovative approaches in the project to create capacity for delivery of the service as required to match demand and exceed targets

- Managing all areas of the delivery of BEIS Funded Peer Networks Project and delivery subcontractors

- Carrying out compliant procurement and contract management as required for delivery of the project

- Ensuring the team has a culture of 'added value' to the client through expert knowledge and customer service excellence

- Managing, monitoring and auditing performance of team to ensure project outputs are delivered and to balance meeting targets with a compliant and quality client-led service

- Reporting on performance as necessary, fully understanding the reporting processes to funders, stakeholders etc in line with audit and GDPR requirements

- Delivering excellent customer satisfaction and taking corrective action where appropriate

- Ensuring workstream team knowledge is up to date in relation to providing information to businesses to help them grow
