Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work at a busy food factory that produces bacon in Pool, near Redruth.
No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
AM shift - 05:30am - 14:30pm
PM shift - 15:15pm - 00:15am
Pay rates
- GBP10.00 - GBP10.60 basic rate
- GBP15.00 - GBP16.50 (overtime)
The opportunity to earn 3 week, 6 week and 9 week attendance bonuses.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative for this site, you will be working on a busy production line.
- You will be manually handling
- Labelling products
- Stacking the boxes onto pallets
- Checking products meet specifications and standards
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Production Operative will be comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
You will be able to stand and walk for long periods while on the production line.
No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
