Lead Project Planner
Location: Bristol (2 days office based, 3 days home working)
Salary: GBPnegotiable based on experience.

As a Lead Project Planner, you will play an integral role across several projects including a particularly large energy project.
You will go through an extensive training programme to learn the standard project planning processes with this client.
Applicant should meet the following criteria:
* Have prior planning experience and be proficient using Primavera P6
* Experience of planning large projects
* The ability to lead within a team environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work in a positive team environment
* The ability to understand risks in a project schedule and drive the appropriate controls
Your role will include:
* You will oversee the overall project schedule, ensuring its quality and accuracy
* The Coordination of activities across planning departments: engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure overall quality and accuracy of the schedule.
* Providing Project management support: You will assist the project manager providing them with updates on upcoming tasks, schedule risks and actions to mitigate potential risks.
* You will communicate with the client to provide update on the schedule as well as outlining the current challenges and opportunities.
* Implementing the integrated project planning initiative: You will proactively drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning
