My client is a leading leisure operator with ambitious expansion plans over the next 1-3 years and we are looking for an experienced General Manager to take charge of their site in Croydon. They hold the 'customer experience' at the centre of their strategy and their General managers live and breathe this.
As a General Manager, you will have overall responsibility of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader. You will be managing a team of HODs and will have overall responsibility for the site's operations and commercial performance. You will also have the responsibility of keeping staff and customers safe in the COVID-19 world and will have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic site with a great reputation in the local area. The site is about to go through an upgrade, and this is a great opportunity to re-launch this successful site.
