A fantastic opportunity within a leading Estate Agency in Bothwell as part of the Home Sales team working Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
A varied role, working closely with the Sales Negotiators, offering office based customer service support. Our client is a well-known, award winning Estate Agency who are looking to add someone to the team due to continued growth in the property market.
Working from the Bothwell branch, you will be dealing with some of the area's top properties and be the first point of contact for both sellers and buyers. A good local knowledge would be hugely advantageous.
This role requires you to have excellent customer service skills, as you will be;
* The first point of contact by telephone and face-to-face.
* Dealing with enquiries from potential buyers and sellers of local properties
* Booking appointments
* Taking down potential buyers details, noting their requirements and discussing live properties
* Proactive, well presented and personable and have an interest in property.
The role is part-time, 20 hours per week and core hours include weekends. We require candidates who can commit fully to weekend work and has a full UK (Manual) Driving Licence as you may have to carry out occasional property viewings through time.
Part time - Hours of work will be:
Friday - 8am - 5pm
Saturday - 10am - 4pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
20 hours per week
