Continuous Improvements Manager ideally will come from an FMCG background (Food, Drink, Beverage, Pharma, Packaging, Cosmetics)

Leading the optimising of the site through improvements
Working on improving the product and process
Build CI Team
Root cause analysis
LEAN Manufacturing
initiate ideas into projects
Lead and assist in projects
Reporting to Director
