By joining our team as a Recruitment Coordinator within our health care division, you will be contributing to a key area of the business that helps to support candidates who are seeking a truly vocational career path.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Sourcing candidates matched against pre-qualified specifications for our clients
  • Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients needs
  • Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
  • Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
  • Build your own network of talented candidates
  • Be a brand ambassador for one the the UK's top 10 recruitment companies

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Some experience in the recruitment industry
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Self motivated with good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
