IT Support Analyst - Fluent German
An animal health software company based in Guildford are looking to grow their IT Support team with the appointment of a Bilingual Support Analyst.
The Support Analyst will be working as part of a team responsible for providing 1st line software support to clients that utilise the companies internally developed software. You'll be liaising with users on the telephone and via email and will have the autonomy to troubleshoot and resolve the queries yourself. You'll work closely with the development team to rectify code queries and have various escalation routes to support you if needed.
Primary you'll be supporting the user base both in the UK and Switzerland, so fluency in both English and German is essential with additional French language skills being highly desirable.
In addition, you'll need to demonstrate:
* A background in providing 1st line technical support.
* Prior application support / software support experience would be desirable, but not essential.
* Any experience with SQL, HTML or CSS would be highly desirable but not essential.
This role is currently being worked remotely, however ideally candidates will be able to work from their office in Guildford, once the team returns to the office. The office is a hive of activity, a collaborative and friendly environment where they even have a bring your pet to work policy! Full training in their applications will be provided and you'll be supported to further your skills and technical knowledge and there are uncapped opportunities for career progression.
