Red Recruitment Group are recruiting for an experienced multi drop van driver for our National client in Durham.
You will be required to work from 06:00am daily to cover a permanent distribution driver who is on annual leave for 4 days.
It is a confirmed booking for 20th July 2021 to 23rd July and then 26th - 30th July initially that will lead to further holiday cover requirements in the future.
Duties will involve manual handling fragile goods to and from the vehicle into client delivery premises.
Delivering to clients premises such as accident repair specialists, bodyshops and fitters premises all over the Durham, Newcastle, Carlisle and York areas.
Number of drops per day are 6-10. Not high volume multi drop at all.
Completion of delivery paperwork and proof of delivery notes.
Any other general customer service related duties as required.
The vehicles you will be driving are Mercedes Sprinter LWB 3.5T vans.
Drivers must have a full clean licence with no penalty points or convictions and be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
GBP9.00 per hour
