Position: Area Cleaning Manager
Salary: GBP30,000 + company car
Location: Covering Sites in Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire / Leicestershire
Full Time and Permanent Role
Our client is a well-established Cleaning Company who cover the predominantly the Midlands region for a range of clients, their clients very from Manufacturing, Industrial, Offices and Retail.
They are currently looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Manager to be responsible for the Cleaning Operations in around 27 sites that are a mixture of Retail, Offices and Manufacturing Sites throughout all of the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire / Leicestershire region
Candidates will need to live within the patch so in Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire / Leicestershire.
The Area Cleaning Manager would visit the 27 sites on a regular basis and would be responsible for the cleaning standards and ensuring the KPI's are being met.
You would be responsible for recruiting and training all the cleaning managers and cleaning staff within your sites.
The Area Cleaning Manager would need to carry out weekly audits and maintain strong relationships with the client's management in each of the 27 sites.
Candidate's background & experience: -
- Multi-site Cleaning management experience
- Strong Client relationship skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Hardworking and Proactive
- Full and valid driving licence and be prepared to travel throughout the East Midlands
Role is working 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, so will involve working some weekend shifts.
Candidates need to be used to working in a fast paced environment and for a very demanding set of clients.
This role would suit someone who is used to a Multi-Site Cleaning Management role in a fast paced environment.
Candidates need to be prepared to be hands-on with the cleaning when required.
