Within a small team, you will be responsible for providing an accurate, timely and professional end-to-end payroll service for a large number of clients, varying in all pay frequencies and size.

Description
The key responsibilities of this Payroll Administrator position based in Wiltshire are:
- Providing an accurate, timely and professional end-to-end payroll service for a large number of clients, varying in all pay frequencies and size.
- Using IRIS Payroll, you will be able to confidently calculate all payments from gross to net, including all statutory payments, attachment of earnings orders, pension contributions and salary sacrifice schemes.
- Maintaining holiday schemes for clients and providing ad hoc calculations of entitlements.
- Provide your clients an auto enrolment service to ensure they are compliant with their new duties.
- End-to-end calculation for a large number of client payrolls
- Submission of CIS returns
- Dealing with all levels of client queries
- Liaising with HM Revenue & Customs on a regular basis
Profile
The Payroll Administrator position based in Wiltshire will suit a candidate who is/has:
- Confident, enthusiastic and highly organised
- Experience working as a payroll clerk in a fast-paced environment.
- Bring excellent communication skills, with a good knowledge of IRIS (not essential) and MS Office products.
- Motivated and have a flexible and positive attitude with the willingness to adopt new challenges.
