We’re looking for a Planning Director to join our ambitious agency. Alongside your senior leadership team colleagues, you’ll be leading, guiding and inspiring our clients and our teams to help us reach our ambitious goals.

The Role:

You’ll be accountable for the Planning function and the strategic output of our work. You’ll be adept at identifying opportunities and creating robust strategies that lead to the development of effective and award-winning work. You’ll possess techniques and methodologies which enable you to simplify the most complex briefs and distil powerful and significant insights efficiently.

You’re passionate and curious about the industry and the wider markets clients operate in but most importantly, you care that the work works, that it has impact and changes behaviour in the most effective way.

You’ll have experience working in top agencies so you’ll understand the challenges they face and be able to develop strong and influential relationships with senior clients at big brands. You’re channel neutral, for you – it’s all about ideas and insights; being the catalyst and creating the best possible platform and conditions for the creatives to play in.

As Planning Director, you’ll be a spokesperson for the agency and you’ll be keen to inspire and share knowledge both internally and also externally through thought leadership and at industry events. You also use these opportunities to keep abreast of what’s happening, networking and bring inspiration and passion back to the agency to encourage progressive thinking and creativity.
