E-Commerce Manager

As an E-Commerce Manager the role will have you focussing on the following:

• Managing website merchandising and navigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Manage products on website (upload and remove)
• Answer online enquiries & liaise with the rest of the team
• Website administration
• Forward thinking and rolling out constant improvements
• Working closely with our clients Social Media and email marketing manager
• Experience of monitoring and analysing customer experience to maximise conversions.
