PEOPLE SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

The Purpose

Reporting to the People Services Team Lead, this role is to provide a first-class administrative service to the Group HR function, colleagues, and stakeholders, with a key focus on 'moments that matter'.

The Role

To carry out a broad range of general administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the department in an efficient, effective, proactive, accurate and timely fashion.
Support the new starter process ensuring a smooth transition from job offer through to joining the Club.
Undertake the referencing procedure for new starters with the Company and respond to reference requests.
Process all payroll paperwork, as necessary.
Professionally manage internal/external emails and post for the department; responding promptly to correspondence as required.
Be responsible for the maintenance of all personnel records ensuring information is filed correctly, accurately, in real-time and in line with GDPR.
Assist in the administration and co-ordination of the Employee Performance & Development Review Process as applicable.
Answer HR administration queries over the phone and face to face with a high level of professionalism.
Answer routine questions relating to HR policies and procedures and where necessary refer the query to another member of the HR team as relevant.
Responsible for the administration of HR employee initiatives that are in place from time to time.
Maintain the People Services owned Inboxes, responding to enquiries in line with agreed SLA's.
Assist Talent, Learning & Development in business-as-usual administration as required.
Produce reports and departmental KPIs as and when required.
Set up new starters on relevant systems, i.e., United Rewards and United Learning
Maintain confidentiality and always adhere to GDPR.
Effective management of the Monthly HR Newsletter process ensuring relevant and engaging content.
Accurate and timely completion of monthly Finance Reports.
Ensure compliance with all Audit requirements, supporting internal and external audits as applicable.
Assist HR colleagues as necessary with any HR related projects being undertaken.
Work on any projects as agreed by the People Services Team Leader or Head of People Services.
Self-Development - to undertake any necessary internal or external training sessions in accordance with the Company's Performance and Development Review Policy and to take personal responsibility to seek opportunities to develop yourself and to realise your own potential.
To assist with the provision of the training and development of colleagues as required.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
Previous administration experience where possible.
HR qualification/degree desirable.
