The Company:
ER Recruitment are excited to be working with our client, a charismatic, entrepreneurial organisation who are now looking for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to be based part from home and part from their modern Leicester offices that offer an outstanding working environment as well as onsite parking.
Additionally, there is the opportunity for progression to Financial Adviser for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Adviser:
* Generate your own leads and have the ability to prioritise and follow up on all leads that are provided to you from the business.
* Be able to take and talk clients through the process of obtaining a mortgage.
* Understand and provide advice on insurance based products.
* Attend networking events to promote your service offering.
* Be innovative in marketing yourself as the go to specialist.
* Work effectively and efficiently with admin support and other advisers.
* Whether you're based on a client's site or working from one of the offices, you must also be flexible and charismatic when meeting customers.
* Ensure accuracy in all work and review complicated documents and to identify and amend errors.
* Maintain a high level of compliance.
About You:
* Have at least 12-18months experience working within a Mortgage & Protection Advisor role.
* Self motivated and able to develop relationships with a range of clients.
* Be fully CeMAP or Cert CII qualified.
* Be hardworking and self motivated.
* Superb inter-personal skills both face to face and on the telephone.
* Must be able to demonstrate a passionate and caring nature for clients, colleagues and the company.
* Able to create enthusiasm and energy in others to achieve personal and collective goals
