This contract currently is for PM Class 1 HGV Drivers with a 20.00 pm start time.
We have a fantastic opportunity for HGV Class 1 drivers in the Newhouse, Motherwell Area for a well-established Distribution Centre for predominantly trunking work.
The client requires a 7 day week coverage. We are looking for the following shift patters Mon-Fr/Tues-Sat/Wed-Sun/Thurs-Mon as well as AD HOC and weekend only drivers
Nightshift resource to move vehicles between the RDC in Bathgate and our Transit Points in Dumfries and the North of England.
Start times for the routes are all 20:00 and finish times will range between 04:00 and 06:30 depending on the depot(s) being delivered
Pay rates
Nights 20.00 PM-03.45 AM GBP14.02/ Rolled up Hols GBP15.71
Overtime 20.00 PM-03.45 AM GBP14.49/ Rolled up Hols GBP16.24
Sundays + Bank Holidays 20.00PM-03.45 AM GBP19.31/ Rolled up Holidays GBP21.65
Job Role

* 3-4 drops average per shift

Driver must have the following
* Full UK HGV C+E Class 1 license held for at least 6 Months and driven C+E for 180 days in past 365
* Digital tacho card and valid CPC card
* A good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations
* Good understanding of the working time directive
* Excellent geographical knowledge of UK road network
* Flexible approach to work
* Customer focused attitude
* A willingness to learn
