Bring your skills and abilities to the HR department of a large public sector organisation, where you will be working with a supportive team, behind the scenes to provide a comprehensive and confidential support service to all HR functions.
In the HR Management Assistant job, you will be:
First point of contact for general HR enquiries via telephone, email or post
Recording and monitoring all processes in relation to time and attendance management, and recruitment, selection and retention
Providing information and advice where appropriate on HR processes and liaising with personnel of all levels across the Service
Liaising with external service providers to ensure outsourced services are delivered as required for all staff.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and legislation.
Dealing with annual and special leave entitlements and queries for all staff.
Creating and distributing various statistical reports in relation to attendance, recruitment and retention on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
General administration for the HR Department which will include; data entry, creating information reports, photocopying, filing and archiving etc.
To be considered for the HR Management Assistant job must have:
Previous HR experience working within an office environment
Strong IT to include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Good numerical skills in order to create statistical reports
Communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under own initiative and prioritise and meet deadlines
This is a full-time temporary role currently for four months on a salary of GBP11.76 per hour plus holiday pay. The role will be office-based working in St Asaph however, due to the current circumstances, there may be requirements to work from home.
Please note this role is subject to a basic DBS disclosure
