Our client, is a public distance Learning & Research University and one of the largest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.

They are looking to recruit a number of Resourcing Administration Assistants to provide first class, customer focused, recruitment administration support to join them starting on Monday 16 August until 24 December 2021, paying GBP10.46 per hour, working 37 hours. This role would be working from home and equipment would be provided

This role is to provide administration support in the Resourcing Hub throughout the entire recruitment process, working to agreed deadlines.

Carrying out administrative tasks relating to resourcing. This includes:

Organising and triaging a busy mailbox as required.
Receiving and acknowledging applications.
Liaising with Resourcing Assistants and advising candidates of the outcome of their application at some stages.
Monitoring and recording resourcing activity undertaken within Resourcing Hub units that you are supporting.
Archiving and maintaining shared network area data for future use.
Maintaining a bank of questions and tasks for use in resourcing.
Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all areas of work.
Supporting continuous improvement in the delivery of resourcing activity working closely with colleagues in the Resourcing Hub to achieve this.Knowledge, skills, capabilities, qualities and experience

Essential:

Experience of working in a busy, customer focused, office environment with the ability to work as part of a virtual or distributed team, supporting colleagues as required.

Excellent IT skills to include the full range of Microsoft Office Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and proven ability to learn new in-house systems.
Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organisational skills, including the ability to cope with repetitive tasks to meet deadlines.
Ability to undertake high volumes of routine data entry and manipulation tasks.
Proven communication skills both written and oral.
The ability to judge when to escalate queries to a manager for further guidance.
