Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureAs our Recruitment Administrator, your role will be to support our Recruitment Partners with sourcing the best candidates for our care homes, helping to promote Signature as an outstanding employer.
You'll be responsible for adding vacancies to our recruitment system and job boards, managing our recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that our vacancies are kept up to date and supporting the recruitment team with all relevant projects.
You'll be proactive with CV searching and play a vital role in sourcing the best candidates who live and breathe our values. You'll review and shortlist CVs, respond to candidates, arrange interviews and deliver feedback.
You'll act as a brand ambassador for Signature, ensuring that all candidates have the best experience possible.

In addition to excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and experience in an agency or in-house recruitment role, a CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
