Manufacturing Liaison Technician

Premier Recruitment(S.E) has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Manufacturing Liaison Technician. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Ideally the candidates can be a college leaver with the relevant A levels in any science discipline or a recent graduate who is looking for an entry level position within a laboratory.

Responsibilities:

1. Manufacture of bulk components for medical device manufacture.
2. Coating of solid phase for in vitro diagnostic products .
3. Filling of manufactured components using industrial filling lines.
4. Operation of labelling equipment and printers.
5. Assist in the assembly and/or packing of finished products.
6. Preparation of equipment and utensils for sterilisation / heat treatment.
7. Completion of documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with local procedures.
8. Approach the role in a flexible manner, and be prepared to adapt to requirements outside of the immediate role that are essential to the organisation.

Skill Requirements:

1. Science background or relevant experience (advantageous but not essential).
2. Willing to learn new skills to support manufacturing needs.
3. Experience of working in a cGMP environment (preferable).
4. Good numeracy skills.
5. Good IT literacy skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word)
