HR and Payroll Administrator Sheffield GBP9.50 to GBP10.30 per hour
My client is a leading highly successful business based within easy reach of Sheffield and Rotherham and the M1 Junction 31. An experienced administrator is required to join this busy team working as an HR administrator / payroll clerk. This role will provide administrative support to HR and payroll and will start as a temporary role with the possibility to go permanent. We are looking for experienced administrators who would be interested in this opportunity and available to start immediately.
Key responsibilities include:
* Liaison with field engineers to chase missing timesheets
* Calculation of hours on timesheets
* Inputting timesheet calculations to monitor and gain project manager sign off
* Preparing payroll data for checking and preparing reports for payroll reconciliation sheets
* Inputting payroll data onto the system
* Maintain and record holiday requests
* Update the company training matrix organising new or refresher training
* Assist to ensure statutory training requirements are met
* Evaluate training and development programs
* Assist the Supply chain Director as and when required
* Maintain a constant high level of confidentiality at all times
The Person
* You will be available to start immediately and have excellent administrative and numerical skills.
* You will be familiar with business software with great Microsoft office skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* You will be a good team player, be patient and diplomatic and respect the importance of confidentiality.
* Excellent role that will start off temporary with the ability to go permanent, the role will be partly based in the office and partly from home
