Sales Account Manager Job in Bournemouth
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a thriving company in the heart of Bournemouth. This professional organisation value and reward their staff and are looking to add an additional Sales Account Manager to their team.
The successful Sales Account Manager will be responsible for your own ring-fenced database of clients (no cold-calling involved), dealing within inbound and outbound calls. You will be expected to build genuine rapport with your clients and gain an understanding of their requirements and motivations to enable you to pitch the most suitable products to them.
Salary & Benefits:
* Basic Salary: GBP25,000 Monday - Friday or GBP29,000 Tuesday - Saturday
* Hours: 9am - 6pm with 3.30pm Finish on Friday
* Generous uncapped commission structure - average salary across all sales staff for the past 12 months was GBP55k
* Uncapped weekly tax-free voucher incentives to further increase your earnings (Love to Shop)
* 20 days holiday + bank holidays increasing with services to 25 days
* Average commission paid with your holiday pay

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage you own ring-fenced portfolio of existing clients
* Build rapport with clients to gain an understanding of their motivations and requirements
* Advise customers of new products, explain the features and benefits
* Upsell and cross sell product ranges
* Process the customer orders through the in-house system
* Work to realistic targets
* Keep the CRM updated
Knowledge & Experience required:
* Objection handling
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Previous sales skills
* Confident negotiator
