Senior Management Accountant

Axon Moore is working with a high growth, progressive and rapidly expanding PE backed client in Bolton to recruit an ambitious and driven qualified Senior Management Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

This business has been expanding organically year-on-year and has successfully weathered the last 18 months with strong performances across each of their interests. This is a newly created role to support the continued growth.

You will support the Group Financial Controller through month end and manage a small finance team, driving efficiencies with a chance to put your own stamp on the role.

The successful candidate will get key CV building exposure to the following:

• Support the Month End management accounts process ensuring deadlines are met
• Responsible for P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow for multiple operational companies
• Group salary and overhead management including recharges to operational companies
• Responsible for the consolidation of the P&L, Balance sheet and cashflow for the group
• Providing monthly analysis to the individual company Managing Directors
• Annual budget process and quarterly forecasting
• Annual audit and preparation of year end accounts
• Management of a small yet growing finance team.
