My client are based in the centre of Derby where they offer all manner of aesthetic treatments with particular emphasis on laser hair removal. They now have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Senior Therapist to join them on a full time and permanent basis working 40 hours per week on a rota basis. Pay is up to GBP24,960 per year.
You must have an NVQ Level 3/equivalent in Beauty Therapy and solid selling experience.
You will be the clinic's lead laser practitioner with additional duties to include reception cover, retailing products, clinic diary management and general administration. You will also be leading and growing the already dynamic team of laser practitioners and specialists in their range of advanced aesthetic treatments.
You will work towards meeting and exceeding targets whilst ensuring the very best customer service standards.
You will take accountability for driving clinic sales, help to manage social media marketing campaigns and contractors, build customer satisfaction and retention, and manage a high-performance team to success.
In order to be considered for the role you must:
* Be qualified (as specified above)
* Ideally be Laser qualified (Level 4)
* Be motivated, experienced and driven to exceed demanding monthly sales targets
* Have a minimum of two years' of clinical, aesthetics, beauty counter, salon or spa experience
* Be enthusiastic, outgoing and positive, and enjoy engaging with people
* Have great confidence in approaching new clients, traffic-stopping and selling
You will be rewarded with a competitive rate of pay, bonus commission scheme, career progression and training, and stakeholder pension scheme
Salon hours are Monday - Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 10.30am - 4.30pm and your 40 hours per week will be on a rota basis around these.
