An exciting time to join this well-known, well-loved hospitality chain as they enter an exciting time of change and growth.

Due to HUGE expansion plans throughout the UK, they are rolling out a new concept store in Northampton and are seeking a passionate manager. If you are a leader who can engage and inspire customers and team members, then this could be the role for you.

Managing a small team, you will be the face of the brand. Working closely with the Area Manager you will be driven to hit target and KPI's. In this fast pace environment it is key to follow processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and productivity.

Most importantly - If you are a FOODIE! then this is the role for you! My client is all about the love of flavours, and it is therefore imperative that you have the same passion that you can bring to your team and customers to follow suit!

You main responsibilities will be:

- Customer service, building up a new, repeat customer base. Educating customers on the product selection as well as offering a made to order service.
- Smashing set target and KPI's to put your store on the map!
- Control the ordering processes, to ensure you have the right product for your specific customer requirements, ensure wastage is kept to a minimum.
- Staff scheduling, ensure that peak hours are covered and the running of your site is seamless.
- Inspire and motivate a small team who work will act as brand ambassadors.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, food safety and all health and safety requirements.

You will be:
- A people person and lover of food!! you must be able to inspire and team and educate customers on the product range and service.
- A leader who can motivate, train and develop. After your initial training it will be down to you to lead your team to success. With big expansion plans, there is plenty of room to progression within the organisation, therefore talent pipe lining is crucial.
- You will have been a manager in a previous environment - food/retail/hospitality. Managing a small team and would have worked with KPI's and targets.

My client is open to experience, however if you are from a food chain, coffee house, retail - supermarket, service counter, restaurant, fast food, quick service environment at a supervisor/management level then I would be really keen to speak with you.
