CNC Setter/Operator Supervisor

Our client, based Brierley Hill is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior CNC Setter/Operator who is self-motivated. As a Senior CNC Operator, you will be responsible to supervise two operators and two machines as well as being a key holder for the company. This position will be working days initially until fully trained before taking full responsibility of the night shift.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Support production on a daily basis

* Competent in running CNC's and all aspects of the machine performance

* Train, mentor and guide others on how to operate equipment safely and correctly

* Responsible Key Holder

To be successful in the role of Senior CNC Setter you will possess the following qualities:

* Previous supervisory experience required

* Proven CNC machine Setter/Operator Experience

* FLT CB (training can be provided)

* First Aid (training can be provided)

* Reliable, Trust Worthy and Self Motivated

Pay rate - GBP12-GBP14 per hour depending on knowledge and experience.
